After 48 hours of receiving a product, a consumer may request a return. The returned item must be undamaged and free from signs of damage or wear and tear. Also, consumers can request a return by accessing their personal page and selecting the product return option. When we receive the return request, we will send guidance on how to continue. Refund Policy  

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. But, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we have a simple refund policy in place. Refunds will be completed within 5 to 7 days after our team has received and inspected the returned item. The refund amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used to place the order.

Exchange Policy

Only if there was an error on our part are consumers permitted to exchange the item. If the product you receive is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible.
